Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn who asked me to send over my resume and called me and discussed the hourly rate. He then sent me the Right to represent document to sign and send it. It was mentioned in the mail that once I sign and send they will send my resume to the client . He was calling me in a meeting and was asking me to send the RTR ASAP , So I sent him a message stating I have decided not to go ahead . I had not obligation to inform him that I don't want to go ahead but he then calls me and talk so unprofessionally and demeaningly. He just couldn't accept the fact that I was not interested. I was patiently trying to tell him this may not be a good fit for me and he was borderline harassing me at which point I said I will not be spoken to this way and this is not professional. I then come open my LinkedIn only to see that he has blocked me. Turns out he is the lead of recruiting.
