It seemed like they weren't sure of the role they're hiring when I asked for more details. The initial and 2nd interviewer had quite different explanation. I also didn't get a rejection email or anything after.
I had to follow up to get the HR to look at my resume. Each interview round took 2 weeks. For the case study, it took another 2 weeks. I followed up twice and got no reply. The interview process took so long just to get ghosted in the end.
The interview process went to a short interview with one of the co-founders, then an interview with a panel of employees ranging from customer success representative, other creative designers, etc. I was told if the decision-making is hard, there will be another interview the panel. Overall, not a good experience as I'm afraid they don't really give you much of a feedback afterwards. I think it's really either you get in their company and, of course, they'd let you know about that, or they will ghost you--not even a rejection email!
