They first contacted me via LinkedIn to see if I was interested. When I said yes, we exchanges e-mails to set up dates for a video call.
This call was a rather classic, run-of-the-mill, albeit very comfotable meeting with the hiring managers and team members, where we talked about my experience, my strenghts and weaknesses, what they were working on and what they needed.
They gave me an art test that was rather easy. It wasn't super fitted to what my potential job would be (the art test was a lot of modelling, when I was hired for texturing). After that, it was mostly e-mail exchanges and they told me they'd hire me.
We got stuck in a bit of a limbo (they were very busy) before I got my contract.
