Pretty standard model though you have to build a full fledged balance sheet (not too hard). All the assumptions are given so it's really just about putting the mechanics together in one hour. Don't even need to know the WACC formula. Just linking everything. Most of the materials found online and practice are good enough to succeed

Sent an intern and 2 office managers to interview me for a private equity associate role. Intern left shaking her head to indicate I was not good enough. Left with head held high
