Interview
Applied online after talking to a recruiter at a college job fair. Set up technical phone interview with a member of the design team. Went through questions for an hour, interviewer was good at clarifying and guiding through the questions.
No interview is scheduled. A design test is given before the interview and I didn't pass the test. (insert a extremely sad crying face) HR and people in charge of sending out the test are very nice and always get back to me on time.
