A few standard interview questions followed by a role playing exercise. The questions were based on customer service experience and generally quite straightforward. No in depth knowledge of the museum or exhibits was required. The role playing exercise was to imagine you were employed as a VEA, and one of the interviewers pretends to be a visitor with questions, such as where are the toilets, or can you direct me to X gallery. This part of the interview was more how you communicate with them rather than looking for correct answers.
