I had an interview at this shop in London. The interview itself was pleasant and seemed to go well. Up until that point, communication was clear and professional. However, after the interview, I received no further contact—no email, no phone call, not even a brief message to inform me of the outcome. It's disappointing and reflects poorly on the professionalism of those involved in the hiring process. Regardless of the result, candidates deserve the courtesy of a response. Basic communication and respect go a long way, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.
