Naked Kitchens interview questions

- Interviewed by 2 people who were both a bit pan faced to be completely honest without being horrible; not a friendly, comfortable or welcoming experience, and got the impression they couldn’t be bothered with it as soon as they eventually jumped on the call by their body language, and no indication given as to what the discussion format would be either even when I asked beforehand - It was a gentleman and a lady, questions like how do your skills relate to the administration aspects of the job, why do you think your background can fulfil the role, are you aware it’s an office based job… so nothing specific and didn’t feel like the interview had any direction - so open ended questions and did not explore my experience on my CV or relate it the role requirements in any way, therefore no indication as to what compelled them to invite me at all!! - the lady didn’t speak during the interview actually, apart from the very end when she started quizzing the few gaps on my CV and began to really scrutinise those in 2020 when the whole world was closed to the pandemic and so many companies were closing for business like mine did…but I got the impression she probably wanted to ‘contribute’ something as we reached the end of this interview - If you don’t progress, they don’t give feedback to the interview just an automated ‘we have decided to move forward with other candidates at this time.' email
