The recruiter is kind enough and went thorough the process. However, the recruiter said I’m always disconnecting from the video but on my end it shows that she’s the one who is always disconnecting. It’s fine, I read a lot of bad reviews about this company all over socmed.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Nadine West (Austin, TX) in Sept 2021
Interview
Interview was very professional. Woman conducting the interview was very thorough and answered all questions. Once I actually began working there it's like I interviewed for the same position but at a completely different company. I felt totally mislead.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked if I was bilingual and I assumed that they would have some employees that spoke more Spanish than English which is cool you know, living in Texas there's alot of people whose first language is Spanish and I know enough to get by which is what I told her, but I'm in no way fluent. I understand but I cannot hold a conversation at all. Once I started working there I felt like I was the outsider in another country. I was completely uncomfortable because I couldn't communicate with anyone.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Nadine West in Jan 2022
Interview
Easy, laid back, the process takes about an hour and will send emails to on board, they offer you morning shifts only and no weekends, will get benefits after 90 days
