It was very simple and everyone was very outgoing and optimistic. The woman hiring me had started in the same position so she was very informative on what I would be doing/what to expect

Interview
It was through an agency called 'I love my job'. First there was an interview with the line manager and outgoing person. Then the follow up was again with the lien manager and her manager (who was an account manager). It was pretty much the same interview twice, but positive.
