The interview process started on a positive note with booking a slot suitable to both parties for the interview. But it went all downhill from there. The company doesn't have an HR or a proper process they follow for hiring candidates. The interview skills of the founder are extremely poor as he doesn't even bother going through your application before he sits for an interview. He is grossly incompetent. He asks for a directionless assignment with no clarity and no objective and doesn't even bother replying to the status of your application.
