First of all you have to fill in the resume on their site, then, if your resume was approved, HR calls you and invites to their office on the interview in a few days. I have to wait about 15 minutes in hall before HR met me, but she was very friendly and kind, answered all my questions. We entered the office and go to the small meeting room. There were to technical specialist and HR who was with me. First of all they introdused themselves, then HR started asking her questions, then it was the turn of technical specialists to ask. In the end they asked me to wait on the sofa in the corridor for a couple of minutes. When they stop their disscusion technical specialists gone and I have a chence to ask my questions to the HR. After a few days she called me and told the result.
