Group then 1:1 with who you would be supporting. They wanted to know my experience with heavy calendar management and events more than anything. Having examples of critical thinking was important too. Having questions about how the admins work together is helpful.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you made and error and how did you address it?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NIKE (Beaverton, OR) in May 2013
Interview
I had a phone call interview first, then a group interview with a few of the directors from the department. Then my final interview was with the VP of the department. All of the interviews were casual and allowed me to feel very comfortable. This was great because I really wanted them to be able to see my personality and how I could be a great fit for the company. The panel interview was the most casual in terms of atmosphere, but the questions were very standard and they were reading from a sheet of paper. The interview with the VP was more of a conversational interview, which I really liked and it wallowed me to get a lot of information about the department.

Question 1
They asked about processes that I had improved in my former positions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (New York, NY) in Aug 2021
Interview
I applied via the Nike career section and maybe 1-2 weeks later was contacted by a recruiter via email inviting me to complete the next step in the screening process through HireVue.
Highly disappointed that Nike's process is so automated and impersonal. Additionally, the recruiter never closed the loop. Definitely a poor candidate experience.

Question 1
Favorite sneaker? Why do you want to work at Nike? How would you motivate your team?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NIKE in Jul 2021
Interview
Quite pleasant when interviews were happening, but long stretches of time in-between next steps. Three or four interviews without ever mentioning salary. Sometimes, you need to follow up to see if you're still under consideration, then you receive a canned email response. It can be quite stressful.
