I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (San Ysidro, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
The application process took about 3 weeks. First, I got a phone interview with the store's Operations Specialist and then I got scheduled for an in-person group interview the next day. I was told by the interviewer to dress sporty/business casual during the group interview. The interview process was very laid back and comfortable. The group interview I was in consisted of six people with two managers interviewing us. They asked us around six questions total. If they consider you for the position, they will call/email you to run a background check and then go from there with the hiring process.

Question 1
Share examples of how you worked in a team atmosphere.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
Fast and efficient. Did not have to wait long. Interview questions are as expected. Questions asked are more towards competency and scenario based ones.
Basically met Store Leader of the shop over video call for the interview process
