I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NIKE (Portland, OR) in Apr 2015
Interview
This was my first interview ever. My sister used to work at Nike in downtown Portland but left to go to Peace Corps. She put in a good word to one of her friends that still works there and I got a call to see when I could do the interview. I wore a short sleeve knit shirt from gap and a pair of black pants. Other people in the group wore more active wear. I arrived about 4 minutes before and they told me there was a group of 4 people waiting, so I went over and talked to them before the interview started. The interview started and we went downstairs, we were interviewed by 2 people. The questions were basically about how you work with a team as well as questions about conflict. They got back to me in a week and sent me an email about a background check.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at NIKE (Alicante) in Jun 2026
Interview
La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
