The first round of interviews is with an HR representative, it’s very high-level and definitely a screening process.
Once you pass that, you typically meet with the hiring manager for the next round.
The third round of interviews is typically for interviews with different stakeholders you’ll be working with, all in leadership positions, that have a set of questions regarding specific Nike values or job functionality that they will let you know about at the beginning of the interview.
Depending on the role, the final round of interviews will be with the most senior leadership team for a final sign-off.
