The brand is powerful. The people are what make it great. A hiring approach that balances rigor with humanity would strengthen an already iconic company.
A quick interview process with a group of other people focusing on team work and individual skills through a one to one interview also, it entailed multiple teamwork tasks with helping customers in different scenarios.
Great interview process, straight forward. I went through three rounds. Everyone was very nice. They had good communication throughout. I did not end up accepting the offer. I would apply to this company again in the future.
