NHS Birmingham and Solihull CCG interview questions

Had my interview via teams & it lasted for an hour max. I had four panellist with each one me of them asking close to 3-5 questions each. The team lead is always present in the interview, one or two members of the team might be present as well, and at least one of the patients you’ll be working will be present during the interview as well, which might not be in all cases.

Straightforward, clear instructions Role play scenario with patient phone call Patient presented interviewee with a series of questions relating to a family member that may need genetic counselling. The interviewee had to obtain the appropriate details while staying in line with data privacy and providing the correct advice.
