i have received an invite for an online interview. Was able to understand the questions and they have provided with an easy structure to follow. I have received plenty of time to prepare and answer my questions that made me feel less anxious and worried before each question of the interview.

Competency based questions based on a set of key skills around customer interaction, system skills, typing and listening skills. The ability to be able to navigate a PC, use telephony equipment and be able to probe to get the right answers from a caller

Friendly, chatty. Really supportive and low pressure. They seemed really eager to have someone come on board. Would have taken the opportunity had certain circumstances not come up. They seemed to offer a lot of support and training which would definitely come in handy
