Applied online, and received a request to complete an online assessment. After completing it, I was asked to do a phone screening with a recruiter. I was then invited in person just to redo the online assessment- I had to drive all the way there, take the assessment to prove it was me that took it the first time, then leave. I then was invited for an in person panel interview. The process was pre-COVID so I don't know how much their process has changed, but I have little respect for a company with interview processes that made me feel like a circus performer jumping through poorly thought out hoops that just wanted my time.
