Pros

Having a team that's always willing to help and make your experience that much better. Working Remotely was an added plus as that provided flexibility for appointments and stepping away from the desk when feasible. Flexible Time Off was an added bonus to counterbalance work/life balance.

Cons

Like many businesses, Navex is very focused on making money, so even in non-Sales roles, for customer focused roles, one of the main job objectives is to reach a certain upsell money threshold. The job objectives lacked consistency as the focus always changed and it always seemed like new urgent focuses would arise.

Pros

I get paid and have a job...

Cons

I do not know where to start. It is horrendous. New CEO, new leadership and since Goldman Sachs is involved the complete feel of Navex is gone. Every department works completely silod, there is no sense of unity and no sense of being in it together. Everything is being questioned and scrutinised to the extend that an external consulting firm has been called in. Complete restructuring of departments but no clarity on anything even though roles are being advertised. Only to be told today that redundancies have taken place, whilst advertising for the same roles. Make it make sense. No warning or heads up, Noone to turn to as direct manager is talking around it, nexy level up does not seem to care and HR is only interested in the business and bottomline.
