Interview
After applying online, there was a initial phone screening which was then followed by an online assessment which was monitored via video by an employee in their Portland office. I was then asked to come and meet with the Account Executive Manager the following day. Questions were relatively strait forward. I was asked about my previous job duties and how they would translate to this role.
An offer came a few days later and I was asked to pick a location to do a drug test. I then left the following Monday for 2 weeks of training in the Portland office. The training is intense and they really push their style of selling and to forget what you previously knew.

How did you improve sales at your previous employer?
Had one initial meeting with the HR manager and she was pleasant and easy to communicate with. She had a lot of questions typical to a hiring manager due to the internal dynamics of the role

Interview
2 interviews, one being a mock role play, one with the hiring manager. They do want 3 days in office as well and have a bench program where you can sit for months.
30 mins with a recruiter and then a 1-hr meeting with a VP of Sales. Typically there are more steps but an exception was made. An offer was extended a few days later.
