The interview process began with an HR screening, which I passed. Then, I had a scheduled interview with the hiring manager, which also went well. After a two-week wait, I was invited for an on-site, where I was asked to prepare a presentation. I presented to a panel, followed by 1:1 interviews with four team members. One of the interviewers, she was very unprofessional, asking irrelevant and rude questions, seemingly more interested in discrediting my experience than assessing my suitability for the role. The remaining interviewers were professional, but it was evident they lacked clear expectations for the role.
