The first stage is a screening call with the hiring manager (video call - google meet).
This was followed by an on-site technical and behavioural interview (this lasted roughly 3 hours). This is conducted with the hiring manager and a number of engineers.

Emailed me about an interview after submitting a resume. They were all friendly but were very specific about what they actually need from a candidate. They wanted someone with an interest in satellite communication and embedded systems.
