I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Myprotein (Manchester, England) in Dec 2024
Interview
After initially applying with my CV, I was invited to an interview where they asked a few general questions about me, my background, and my motivations for applying for the role.

Question 1
What platforms do you use for influencer selection?
Can you give examples of influencers who work with the brand?
Can you share examples of situations where you’ve had to deal with influencers?
Very easy process, just a conversation about what I do, my experience etc, really. No competency based questions. First stage with Talent acquisition, then with hiring manager and third stage face to face with hiring manager and other team members. Thought all rounds went nicely and comms were good until they asked for my salary expectations and other logistical/admin bits. Didn't reply to my follow up email either. I can handle rejection very well but it's a shame they just blanked me, without any feedback whatsoever.
Very professional, with great clarity and transparency, process-driven — with feedback and timely response. I have a lot of respect for companies that operate at this level. Vs no feedback, no response.
