For the 2nd interview round, you're required to design 3 post under an hour. The interview in fact can go on to up to 2 hours. Honestly, I don't recommend applying here especially if you have skills. To do an assessment under 1 hour is unreasonable. Many other companies give you 24hrs, 3 days or 1 week to do your assessment. Clearly this place does not appreciate craft.
