I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Munvo (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2019
Interview
Made it through the phone interview and on to the first technical assessment. The issue was, after being told that I was not a great fit, 2 months later I received a call asking when I would like my follow-up interview to be set up. After almost 5-7 minutes of a run-around answer, I was told that rejection email was a mistake and I had actually been moved on to the next round, 2 months later. There was no communication after the initial rejection email, and no explanation as to why they did not realize the rejection had been a mistake. The interviewer seemed unprepared, and unsure on what his questions were, which led to a lot of breathing and silence on this end of the phone. Overall, was okay with the result of the interview, but the process was not an educational one, or a positive one.
