Munro Footwear Group interview questions

2 rounds( initially communicated) Round 1- with HR and Head of Technology - 30 minutes Round 2 - Head of Technology and CIO - more than an hour --- Round 3- because Head of Tech requested - was a buzz as they were not following their own hiring process, keeping HR out of loop.

The interview process was well-organized and efficient. The recruiters and interviewers were friendly, clear about expectations, and respectful of my time. Communication was prompt, and I appreciated the transparency at each stage. Overall, a positive experience.
