On site interview. First they came to me and made sure I got a superficial look at the place by giving me a quick tour. Then the interview was very casual and laid back, they really tried to get to know me.

One step interview with Business Manager and then I got the job offer. It was a simple interview process with no burocracy and I jumped in very quick. I started working two weeks after the interview.
