Board room style with 2 Engineers and one HR rep. Started off with the technical portion and then moved to the non-technical portion. Very professional but relaxed environment. I was flown out to Baltimore, given a rental car, and housed in a nearby hotel. The interview was the following day and after the interview was flown back.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Multi Dimensional Integration (Allentown, PA) in Mar 2024
Interview
There were a lot of behavioral questions and barely any technical questions. They asked me how I would do in various work settings, if I would be fine with working odd hours, or if I'm open to travelling a lot to sites. Then they also asked me if I ever want to shift to the business side of things and asked me a few questions about few business scenarios.

Question 1
If you're working on an important project, and another task comes up which requires your help immediately, would you stop your current project and shift to the new work?
I interviewed at Multi Dimensional Integration (Allentown, PA)
Interview
Virtual than in-person interview. Virtual interview lasted for about an hour. In-person interview was a panel interview and was very comfortable. Overall positive experience. The company is very small and everyone is kind. The employees are easy to talk to.
