I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MuleSoft in Nov 2014
Interview
First interview was with a recruiter. They are looking for someone with an awesome background - unique and/or solid tech sales experience. The second interview was another phone interview with a current ADR team lead. She asked a lot about my background and why I want to work at Mulesoft.
Then they asked me to come in for an in-person meeting.
45min with Account Dev Mgr
30 min with ADR team lead
45min with ADR
First person I interviewed with was the Account Development Manager. They drilled me on all the little details about my résumé and work experience. He also asked me what Mulesoft was. Then we did a sales mock call. I met with two other people, one Team lead (same one I had my second phone interview with). For the most part they asked about my background and experience, as well as why I want to work at Mulesoft. In the third interview with the ADR, I had to explain Mulesoft again and I did another sales mock call.
That day they emailed me saying they want to do a skills test before moving to the final round. I had to do a sales mock email and call.
Although I didn't get hired, each interviewer gave me constructive criticism on every sales mock call. The recruiter who gave me the final no also sent a very detailed email about why I wasn't moving forward. Not many companies do this, so I was very impressed. The feedback you get will help you do better for future interviews.
Recruiter phone screen, manager interview, regional vp interview, group interview, very clear communication from recruiter throughout entire process. Expectation of each step were set accurately, gave me plenty of prep help, great overall experience.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MuleSoft (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
First a Phone Screening with a recruiter, then a mock call with hiring manager and then a final interview. The process usually takes 2 weeks so pretty quick compared to other companies.

I applied online. I interviewed at MuleSoft (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2022
Interview
The interview process was challenging but exhilarating. There were ample opportunities to share what individual research I had done but also learn from my recruiter and interviewers. I found my recruiter helpful every step of the way.
