I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MuleSoft (Buenos Aires) in Sept 2017
Interview
The first instance consisted of two propagating problems remotely and a multiple-choice English test with one enounce to write about yourself. After pass the first instance, next step was three onsite interviews. The first one was a technical interview with the team leader where I had to solve two problems in one hour. The second one was one hour interview with the hiring leader where I answered questions about myself, what I like and what I hope about my new job. The third one was a half hour interview (this was a remote interview), very similar to the second one but with a leader of another team, with a higher range, where I answered questions about myself and my experience.

Interview

Question 1
El HackerRank que me toco consiste en decodificar un código morse que contenía errores.
Interviewed by a recruiter. Felt that she didn't really care about what I said, just walked through all questions at a fast speed, and gave no response when I asked whether she was still with me.

Interview
I applied online with resume and transcript. Got contacted on the Thursday before the Christmas holiday weekend, and the phone screen was scheduled on the next day which did not give me much time to prepare. During the phone screen the recruiter asked about my education background and my last intern experience. The questions were very general and superficial and the recruiter did not raise any follow-up questions after my each answer. I responded to the questions professionally and smoothly but the recruiter did not seem to care at all. She sounded like she just wanna go though the routine procedures as soon as possible, without any interest in my words. Got the rejection email one day after Christmas.
Kinda upset now. Wondering why their recruiter was indifferent about candidates. I was quite interested in the company and spent a lot of time learning about their products.
