I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MuleSoft
Interview
Contacted by head hunter from the company. Interview was rescheduled twice, after which next one felt like a formality, was not asked much, later was told not proceeding further. Felt time was wasted. No feedback given.
I'm very sorry you had a negative experience. I understand that you would want to know why we wouldn't proceed. We aim to give as much feedback as we can and will be more conscientious about this going forward. I appreciate your taking the time to interview with us.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MuleSoft
Interview
The process took 6 hours of face-to-face and up to 2 hours of telephone interviews. It was hard, but applying for this role, it should be. You have to deliver a technical demonstration as part of the process to show your workshop skills, and this is exactly right for this role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How have you changed the clients position during an engagement.
Welcome to MuleSoft! We've put a lot of thought into our evaluation process, particularly for pre-sales. It's important to us that our interview process emulates the day-to-day opportunity we offer candidates. I welcome any additional feedback that can push us to be even better.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MuleSoft (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Applied online, then recruiter reached out couple days to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen is fairly basic, typical HR questions. After phone screen, it was onto Skype video interviews with the hiring manager as well as couple other members of the team. Skype video rather unreliable, dropped for each one. Focus seems to be on past accomplishments, career trajectory etc., as well as some technical stuff. Heard back another few days after first round and did not proceed further.
