The interview was an hour long and involved a task in which you had ten minutes to review and complete a series of questions.
This was followed by an informal conversation regarding my experience in my previous role and some personality based questions on handling conflict and team dynamics.
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mr.porter (London, England) in Jul 2021
Interview
3 rounds of interviews, approx. once every month for 2-3 months. Test assignment. Interview with one of their CDs who had no clue who I was or why he was on that interview. At the end, they told me this role hasn't even been approved by HR and is on-hold / cancelled. The interview wasn't particularly difficult it's just the way they treated this position and wasted my time that was frustrating.

Question 1
What kind of projects have you been working on during your internships?
Super easy and friendly. Interview felt like a conversation and not interrogating. Was able to express everything i had prepared for ahead of the interview. Pre-activity was creative and fun to do
