Mphasis Assistant Manager interview questions

Very quick interview process and a great experience over all, there were no ambiguities in the whole process. The information passed von my the recruitment team was timely and information passed on at all times. The coordination between the teams were seamlessly done.

Interview Process was good. I had 2 rounds of interview. One with my immediate manager to whom I will be working with. It was a short interview for 15 minutes and he was satisfied with my performance and experience I had in the respective field. I had the respective certifications in the required field that helped me in cracking the interview. Second round was an HR round.
