It was mainly focused on my motivations and academical acquired skills. There were people from HR and the Production Departments. It lasted for about 7 minutes and was in English.

Simple and good, it comprised general interviews questions and the Human Resources personnel were very friendly.
The process took 3 weeks. First there were a phone call interview for screening and then a individual interview. Medical exams were also done.
