First interview was in person. Very casual and laid back. I understand it’s a small company, but a simple “we won’t be moving forward with you” email is the least you can give someone who took time out of their day to interview with you in person. That or do phone screenings next time. Ghosting applicants is very unprofessional, and I shouldn’t really need to tell you that.
