Saw an ad online about them hiring. Went in person and applied like 2 weeks later got a call for an interview. It was really good. The assistant manager interviewed me went really smooth. She was very nice

Interview was very laid back. More like having a conversation and getting to know each other. Very few of the typical cliche interview questions were asked. They mostly want to get to know you to see if you’re a good fit for the company.

I applied and received an interview offer within two weeks. The first interview was very relaxed and was more of getting to know the person they were interested in hiring. The team they build works most effectively when the new employees work well with the current employees. I had two interviews before being offered a position.
