2 stages overall - first was a 30-40min call with a TA partner and the second was a 1hr deep dive into the role.
I was a bit surprised that 3 people joined the second stage as I was informed it would just be the hiring manager. But they were pleasant and friendly and timelines were generally stuck to throughout the process.
The disappointing aspect was upon being notified I was unsuccessful, I wasn't given any feedback and the call lasted around 1 minute. I think the TA partner felt uncomfortable with this aspect of the job and their communication could be improved.
Pay seemed low for the level of seniority within this role and my gut feeling was that MAPS seemed in a bit of a chaotic position, with unrealistic deadlines, so I'm not sure I would've accepted an offer if it had been offered.
