They tried to sound like they don't need anyone and want only the best but it's obvious it's a churn and burn hiring culture. Well intended questions but mostly generic stuff.

The floor was okay, snacks were filled, there was coffee. Owner was cool, he’s an enforcer but he seems alright. I came in early and they took me early, I start next week.
