I was interviewed for a Community Associate vacant.
The process was very large, 4 interviews for a junior position. They have could reduce the number of interviews to 2, due to the position they wanted to cover. Such a large process means a lot of time for the company and for the candidate.
After 4 interviews, they gave me a personalized feedback on the phone, which I really appreciated.
I was surprised they verified basic skills for the position only at the fourth interview (english skills for a place that have lots of english speakers).
