I had a very unprofessional interview experience. During the process, I could hear a senior person (the owner) yelling at employees, which set a negative tone. When I was called in for the interview, the owner asked a few questions but then insisted the role would be commission-based, despite the job description clearly stating it was an hourly paid position. When I declined, he reacted negatively, saying I was not the kind of candidate he was looking for, and even made disparaging remarks about my experience. This conduct reflected poorly on the company and its culture. Felt horrible and I bad for employees working there.
