Mishkas Cafe interview questions

Submitted an application in store and was contacted via email for an interview scheduled that same week. We were separated into groups of 3-4. Interviews took place on-site. Duration is typically around 5-10 minutes.

Applicants were interviewed in groups of two, with the owner and a manager. There were only a few questions, but one was along the lines of an open "describe yourself and you interest". They are looking for interest over experience, but experience doesn't hurt.
