The interview process was smooth and well-organized. I applied through the company’s careers page and heard back within a week. The entire process took about 3 weeks from start to finish.
Stages:
HR Phone Screen (30 mins):
General questions about my resume, availability, and salary expectations. The recruiter was friendly and gave a good overview of the company culture.
Technical Interview (1 hour, Zoom):
One coding problem using LeetCode-style questions (medium difficulty). Also discussed my approach to debugging and testing. Interviewer was supportive and allowed me to talk through my thought process.
System Design (1 hour):
Given a prompt to design a basic messaging system. They were more interested in high-level thinking than deep technical detail. Some questions on scalability and tradeoffs.
Final Round (2 hours):
Two 1:1 interviews. One focused on behavioral questions using STAR method; the other was a deeper dive into a past project from my resume.
