Stages: HR Phone Screen (30 mins): General questions about my resume, availability, and salary expectations. The recruiter was friendly and gave a good overview of the company culture. Technical Interview (1 hour, Zoom): One coding problem using LeetCode-style questions (medium difficulty). Also discussed my approach to debugging and testing. Interviewer was supportive and allowed me to talk through my thought process. System Design (1 hour): Given a prompt to design a basic messaging system. They were more interested in high-level thinking than deep technical detail. Some questions on scalability and tradeoffs. Final Round (2 hours): Two 1:1 interviews.
