Interview
During the interview process I went through 2 rounds. The first discussion was an interview with my future direct manager and a senior colleague, they were focused more on my skills in project management, consulting, leading experiences and foreign language skills, we also had a short case interview phase including a case study. The second round was an interview with the HR Partner, where beside the professional experiences, we discussed the personal motivations, the structure of the company as well as the potential career path within the firm. I did not have any written test or case study.
