Interview was well organised and professional. Received a call from HR for telephonic screening interview. Then was called for personal interview technical round in a week time. Staff was good and made me comfortable.Over all was a good experience.

1. Asked about my experience, college studies.
2. SAP skills on Basis , SAP Implementation & support, Networking, firewalls, SAP HANA, Solution Manager,Mobile applications.
3.Sr Managers asked me to present a small case study presentation with solutions .( I think they were trying to test my presentation skills ....)
4. Other project experiences on offshore delivery methods, center of excellence practices.

Received call from direct company only Mindnew Software Consulting P Ltd after sending my resume. I had 2 rounds of personal Interview. Interview tIming was well maintained.nice friendly and flexible staff in scheduling interview date and time. First was with panel of 2 persons i can not say 100% technical bcoz they made me comfortable and asked me about my education, skills, interest for learning new tech, Innovative ideas and in any field,
