Received a phone call asking to come in for a person to person interview. Also asked to complete a DISC personality assessment to help ensure a right fit. During the interview I was asked how I felt about the DISC results and if I felt it was true, which it was very accurate. We discussed the environment of the company and their expectations. Overall, the interview itself took about 1 hour. Everyone was very friendly and informative.
