Interviewed by a peer and a manager. Peer engaged and encouraging but the Manager was verging on combative and hostile so process was almost a comical ‘bad cop good cop’ scenario. Used the phrase ‘that’s not really the answer I was looking for’ on several occasions despite Peer agreeing with the response.
