The owner of Mill Valley Market, Doug Canepa, will waste your time. The Craigslist ad he posts offers a high hourly rate, but he will not actually acknowledge that number during the interview and will offer you less. Stay away from this employer. He claims to have in depth Wine knowledge but seems to be lacking in fundamental knowledge such as grapes varieties typically used in famous French growing regions and will second guess you when answering his “wine quiz”. The atmosphere of the store was incredibly bleak, leaving me wondering if anyone there seriously enjoyed their jobs or even wanted to be there.
