Mill House Lodge interview questions

The first interview was only ten minutes long and consisted of standard interview questions. It was almost too easy. At the end, I was walked through the property to become familiar with it. The second interview was conducted by the employees, which was awkward (as the employees had never conducted interviews before) and unorthodox. It wound up being a fifteen minute conversation.
